Covid-19 travel update
At Villa X, your safety is our top priority!
Our staff is fully trained on the latest protective measures and so is our Villa. During retreats there will be hand sanitizier available on all floors and cleaning everyday. All surfaces will be cleaned thouroughly and regularly with anti-bacterial products. All areas are ventilated frequently and extra time has been allocated to clean all surfaces in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Our cancellation policy
We are constantly in contact with local authorities to make sure our global cancellation policy regarding COVID-19 is updated.
We have implemented the following updates to our cancellation policy regarding COVID-19 including clarification and further explanation to your travel;
When you make a booking for a retreat at Villa X you have to pay a deposit (€ 100) to make sure you got a spot. You will get your deposit back if you are unable to come due to COVID-19, however this is ONLY if you personally are restricted to travel;

What you need to enter Morocco:

The Moroccan authorities have suspended all air traffic to and from Morocco until further notice. The requirements below are the ones in place befor this tempoary lockdown. We will update this page with the information coming from the authorities.

All passengers must complete an online passenger health form. Then print and sign the form.

You have to provide proff that you are fully vacinated to enter Morocco.

You need a negative PCR test not older tahn 48 hours

You need a confirmation letter to document your reservation to show at the arrival (you will get that from us)
This must be presented on arrival at the border. NOTE: only foreign nationals from visa-exempt countries are currently able to enter Morocco. You may also be randomly selected for a covid test on arrival, in case of a positive result you will be not be allowed to enter Morocco.

FAQ
My flight got cancelled what do i do?
If your flight got cancelled we strongly advise you to contact your flight company or your insurance company. In most cases you will be offered a alternative flight, a refund og credit.
You will not get your deposit back.
My own home country is in lockdown, what do i do?
If the country you are traveling from is in lockdown and you are unable to travel, you will get your deposit back.
I no longer want to travel, what are my options?
If you change your mind and dont want to travel, you will not get the deposit back. This is because its an exslusive retreat with limited spots.

What if I need a PCR test to go home?
The Mahfoud lab in agadir does PCR tests and travel documents, we can help you arrange this. the price is 500 dh.
What happens if I have Coronavirus symptoms while on a retreat?
If you develop Coronavirus symptoms while on the retreat, your host will assist you to get medical attention and a test as soon as possible and ensure that you are well looked after until you can get home. It is important that you have travel insurance that covers medical costs incurred due to Coronavirus as all expenses for testing, treatment or self-isolation will need to be covered by you.
